Description: " True health infuses positive energy in the mind , body and spirit and hence it should be the main focus of one's life." Yoga builds the strength to make our inner self a mighty fortress. 21st June is celebrated as the International day of Yoga by all across the globe to bring joy, health and peace from within. On this day , our school celebrated the 8th edition of IDY with enthusiasm and eager enjoyment. The fervour and energy could be felt by one and all present during the Yoga session. The innumerable benefits of practising Yoga were explained to all the participants. The boundless peace of doing the Asanas was amply visible from their faces. At last the session ended with a huge success as the students understood the art of maintaining harmony between body and mind and the importance of breath in meditation.
